The WD 3000 is a commercial Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner equipped with two single-phase Domel by-pass motors. WD 3000 is a on wheels model, and is particularly suitable for cleaning companies or for use in sectors such as transport, construction, mechanics and food.WD 3000 includes a smart, container-tilting system which allows for easy unloading of the vacuumed waste. Robust in construction, this easy to use industrial vacuum system enables easy and effective cleaning of working environments.Suction unitThe suction is developed by 2 single-phase motors, by-pass type, protected inside a solid steel head, containing sound-absorbing material that minimizes the noise during the service.This model, on wheels, is particularly suitable for operating in the building, mechanical, food or cleaning industries.The air outlet is directed downwards so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. Two handles on the head of the unit allow it to be lifted easily for inspection or replacement of the filter underneath.Filter unitInside the stainless steel collection container there is a polyester filter, which protects the vacuum unit, assures a high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface (5000cm2) and a high filtration efficiency (3 micron). The suction system with Ø50 inlet allows the simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids (within the container capacity, liquid float installed as standard) without the need to replace or remove the filter.Collection unitThe suctioned material is deposited in a stainless steel container mounted on a tilting trolley (capacity 60 liters).The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy chrome-plated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake.It has an ingenious tilting system of the container that allows an easy discharge of the sucked rejects in total safety.Also available in air operated version.

The W 2 Infini M is an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with a single-phase side channel blower, ideal for cleaning and handling small and medium quantities of material, particularly in the chemical-pharmaceutical, food and milling industries. The performance and maneuverability of the vacuum cleaner allow you to keep your working environment perfectly clean without any effort.Suction unitThe single-phase vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cast aluminium suction unit of the side channel blower type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the motor shaft, and without any transmission system: this almost completely reduces the wear of the components and the consequent need for maintenance. These features, together with the noiselessness, make the industrial vacuum cleaner particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and allow it to strenghten a very high vacuum value, higher than transmission systems of similar power.The control panel of the vacuum cleaner consists of a push-button panel with a magnetothermic switch. A vacuum gauge makes it possible to constantly check the level of depression and the state of saturation of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.The turbine is equipped with a vacuum relief valve. The outlet air discharge is directed downwards, so as not to annoy the operator nor move dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel of the vacuum cleaned placed on the head of the vacuum cleaner includes three independent switches and a vacuum gauge with indicator light, useful to detect any saturation of the filter. Two handles placed on the motor head allow you to lift it easily for inspection or replacement of the filter below.Filter unitInside the steel filter chamber of the chip vacuum cleaner there's the polyester star filter, which protects the suction unit, ensuring high dust retention and guaranting the purity of the air output, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtration efficiency (3 microns). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertical motion shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter, preventing saturation and resulting reduction in intake performance.
